Return Eligibility

  • The beach bag must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

How to Request a Return

Return Time Frame

Customers have 30 days from the date their order is delivered to request a return.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted and may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was received

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and obtaining a return shipping label unless otherwise instructed by Voliza.

Return Inspection Process

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

The inspection will verify that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original accessories, tags, and packaging are included
  • The product is free from damage or signs of use

Refunds will only be approved after the returned item successfully passes our inspection.

Exchanges

At this time, Voliza does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Restocking Fee

Voliza does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refund Eligibility
